No. Hotel doesn't provide airport pickup or dropoff service. Hotel shuttle can be used to get a pickup and drop off within ~2 mile radius. Uber/Lyft is easily available 24x7 from this location to TF Green Airport.

Not all the ground floor rooms have patio. Also there are some rooms in Building D that have a small balcony access.

Yes Yes they do very Professional staff and you're really courteous and you feel really at home with them I loved it there
